Marti & Dustin Dustin {Engagement Sesh @ Dumas Bay}

This cutie couple's wedding is coming up on July 26th! SO SOON! I've worked with Marti for a couple years now and it's been fun watching her go through her checklist during her wedding countdown. It was a blast getting to know her and her love, Dustin, during their engagement session at Dumas Bay, Federal Way. Their two littles accompanied them too- which added an extra element of cuteness & love  & family time to the session. 

It's always fun when a session just feels like you're out on a date or a family outing with the individuals you're taking photographs of- it makes the hour comfortable, easy, and ultra enjoyable. I'm so excited to be a part of their special day coming up in just two weeks! 

A Parisian Bridal Shower {Ragamuffin Diaries}

... and then there was a little party!

To celebrate the upcoming nuptials of my oldest friend (meaning that I've known her the longest... not that she's an old lady) we threw her a Lingerie/ Bridal shower! A perfect size group of friends came together at her to-be-sister-in-laws home (who was also bad ass caterer of this event) in West Seattle for a pinterest-worthy festivity.

We played the "Guess Whose is Whose" game. Each girl brought a pair of underwear in the bride's size that fits their personality. The bridey then has to guess who brought which pair- and she gets to keep them... so thats a neat bonus.

We made one of the BEST keepsake guest books EVER... and then we all had extra extra bold lips to do a photo sesh with at the end.
